Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect after you place your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Canada, and Australia. Estimated delivery times below refer to transit time after dispatch and are provided as a guide — occasional delays due to customs clearance or high-demand periods may occur.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If your tracking shows no update for more than 7 consecutive business days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Locket Stories ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost paid at checkout. Locket Stories has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.
United States: Most orders fall below the U.S. de minimis threshold and arrive without additional charges.
United Kingdom: Most orders fall below the UK import VAT threshold of £135 and are not subject to additional charges at the border.
Canada & Australia: Local import taxes or GST may apply depending on the declared value of your order.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including customs processing, carrier delays, or severe weather. Locket Stories is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
